🌐 Planetary OS Project Overview Guide (v1.0)

Moving from Shouting in the Streets to Visualizing Future Rules as "Shared Data."

💡 Planetary OS at a Glance

Deep anxieties about our future are spreading due to challenges like global warming and the rapid advancement of AI technology. Even when we petition governments or major corporations (through signatures or lobbying) to "protect the environment" or address our fears, the existing political and economic frameworks—driven by immediate financial interests and election cycles—rarely produce significant change.
That is why we are stopping the act of "asking." Instead, we are presenting the specifications for a new framework (rules) ourselves and searching for allies to act alongside us.
This initiative is Planetary OS. We present four proposed foundational rules for society to the world, openly record who supports them and who chooses the status quo, and mobilize society by gathering the collective voice of approval (signals) from citizens.

🎯 Three Core Actions

This project is not designed to criticize or blame anyone. Its purpose is to map current realities and conduct "anomaly detection"—finding true partners to build a better future.
  1. 🌱 Create a New Deliberative Platform for Youth (Youth GCC)
    1. We aim to launch a "Global Citizens' Congress" where the future generations who will bear long-term risks the longest (ages 15–35) can directly deliberate and decide on societal rules.
👉 Youth-Led Global Citizens’ Congress (Youth GCC)
  1. 📢 Visualize Collective Support (Social Proof)
    1. By gathering votes on social media and endorsements from experts, we build tangible social pressure that demonstrates how many citizens demand these new rules.
      👉 SNS Activism
  1. 🔍 Discover Transformation Partners & Map the Current Landscape
    1. We look globally for organizations ("anomalies") willing to step outside existing frameworks to co-create a new society. Concurrently, we record responses from traditional institutional channels to build a "shared informational asset" for future change-makers.
      👉 Institutional Audit Ledger

📝 The "4 Rules for the Future" We Propose

We present four key ideas to the world to keep human activity within planetary boundaries:
  • 1️⃣ CO2 Debt (Settlement of Cumulative CO2 Debt): A mechanism that funds environmental restoration not through taxes that strain daily living costs, but primarily from accumulated surplus wealth (capital stock) built on historical emissions.
  • 2️⃣ Synchronized Green Zone: A market protection framework ensuring that environmentally responsible companies and nations are fairly rewarded rather than disadvantaged.
  • 3️⃣ Youth-Led Global Citizens' Congress: A decision-making mechanism granting governance rights over the planet's future to youth aged 15–35.
  • 4️⃣ Designed Economy Model: A target-driven system leveraging open data, algorithms, and market incentive structures to keep economic scale safely within Planetary Boundaries.

📊 Why We Maintain an Open Ledger

We submit these specifications to major international institutions and organizations with a 30-day window for acknowledgement. All responses—as well as non-responses (silence)—are recorded and publicly published online as objective facts.
This is not intended as an attack on existing institutions. Its goal is to co-create a clear, multi-dimensional map showing where potential alliances lie and which traditional channels are failing to function. This open ledger serves as a "shared informational asset" that future youth, researchers, and citizens can freely draw upon to drive structural change.
